The Role

As Account Executive, you’ll take full ownership of the sales cycle — from qualified lead to closed-won. This is a 360° sales role with strong autonomy, ideal for a driven and commercially-minded salesperson looking to shape their impact in a fast-scaling FinTech start-up. You'll report directly to the Sales Manager and collaborate with SDRs, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver a seamless customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the full sales cycle: from initial discovery to negotiation and deal closure
  • Deliver compelling product demos and presentations to senior stakeholders
  • Close new business with Private Equity, VC, Consulting, and Financial Services clients
  • Build and execute account plans to nurture long-term relationships
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline and accurate forecasting using HubSpot or similar CRM
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support onboarding and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and evolving customer needs

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience (preferably in FinTech or SaaS)
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in a closing role
  • Strong experience selling to financial institutions / professional services
  • Confident managing complex, consultative sales cycles
  • Skilled in solution selling and objection handling
  • CRM savvy – ideally HubSpot
  • Strong understanding of sectors such as Private Equity, Venture Capital, or M&A
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Finance, Marketing or similar)
