Senior Office Assistant (Permanent)

PBS are looking for a Senior Office Administrator to join the team on a full-time permanent basis. The Senior Office Administrator will be responsible for overseeing and managing the reception area and office administration tasks, providing senior-level support to the business, while leading initiatives to improve office efficiency and client service.
Supervise the reception area, ensuring all visitors and inquiries are handled promptly and professionally
Take responsibility for the overall coordination and smooth operation of the office, including managing supplies, overseeing office equipment maintenance, and ensuring a well-organised workspace
Lead the organisation and execution of company events, including internal and external meetings, conferences, and social events, ensuring all logistics are managed efficiently.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, including HSEQ and GDPR, and act as a point of contact for related queries within the office.
Lead or assist in office-related projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, such as implementing new systems or processes.
Oversee the maintenance of office records, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with company policies.
Identify opportunities for improving office processes and procedures, and take the initiative to implement changes that enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness..

Previous experience in a similar position preferably in the oil and gas industry.
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Business Administration or Office Management
Proficient in advanced Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams
In-depth experience in office administration reception management with a strong understanding of corporate environments
