A leading international MEP contractor, delivering high-value engineering and construction solutions across the data centre, pharmaceutical, industrial, and commercial sectors, is currently looking for a CSA (Civil, Structural, and Architectural) Supervisor to join the project team on a large-scale, mission-critical data centre development in Slough. With a strong reputation for quality, innovation, and safety, they are expanding their team to support continued growth across the UK and Europe.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the safe, timely, and high-quality delivery of all CSA aspects of the project. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join a dynamic team on a fast-paced, technically challenging build.
Responsibilities:- Oversee and coordinate all on-site CSA works including concrete, steel structures, internal fit-out, and architectural finishes
- Manage and liaise with subcontractors to ensure work is delivered safely, on time, and to specification
- Monitor progress and report to the Project Manager and Construction Manager
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and quality standards
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits
- Review method statements, risk assessments, and construction drawings
- Assist with planning and sequencing of CSA activities
- Provide leadership to ensure a strong safety culture is maintained on site
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in a supervisory role within the CSA discipline
- Previous experience on data centres or large-scale industrial/commercial projects
- Strong knowledge of UK building regulations, HSE legislation, and construction best practices
- Proven ability to lead site teams and manage subcontractors
- Excellent organisational, communication, and reporting skills
- Engineering or construction-related qualification desirable
- CSCS / SMSTS / First Aid certification preferred
