Head of Corporate Development Location: Hybrid, London Area

The individual will also support the business in identifying and executing strategic acquisitions, helping to shape the portfolio for future success.

Strategic Partnership : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate divestiture assets, ensuring alignment with the business\’s portfolio strategy.
Asset Optimisation : Work closely with Management and the Executives to optimise assets for sale through strategic, operational, and financial reviews.
End-to-End Management : Lead the entire divestiture process, from governance and project planning to contract negotiation and deal closure.
Risk Mitigation : Identify and mitigate principal risks, ensuring smooth and successful transactions.
Strategic Projects : Lead or support strategic analytical projects for the sector and operating companies.

Strategic Acumen : Ability to analyse market trends, optimise asset value, and develop effective deal strategies.
Project Leadership : Proven ability to organise and lead cross-disciplinary project teams.
Financial Expertise : Strong financial reporting and control experience, with a solid understanding of valuation and modeling.
Highly flexible and collaborative, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Educational Background : Bachelor\’s degree in business or finance; graduate degree preferred
