We’re on the lookout for a part-time Vet to join our welcoming, supportive, and dedicated veterinary team. Whether that’s school hours, shorter shifts, or a few days a week. You will work alongside a dedicated, friendly team comprised of 9 vets with a range of experience, including postgraduate certificates, who value collaboration and mentorship. A well-equipped practice with the latest diagnostic tools and a highly skilled nursing team to help deliver the best care possible.

Being part-time doesn’t mean missing out on all the fun! We make sure we stay connected with regular socials, from team nights out to Bingo nights!

Rutland Veterinary Centre is a supportive and community driven first opinion practice based in Uppingham, Leicestershire. We have a diverse and varied caseload, and our facilities are fully equipped to handle the services we provide. Our practice includes 24h out of hours service and pet diagnostic imaging.

Rutland Veterinary Centre are part of the community. In the last year we have been fortunate enough to attend a number of events including The Rutland Show and Rutland Pet Festival. We also pride ourselves on working and supporting with local charities including Cats Protection, Prickleback Urchin Hedgehog Rescue, Neville’s Nest Guinea Pig Rescue and Leicester Animal Rescue.

Treatment planning and ongoing case management. The ability to confidently deliver high-quality clinical care across consults, medical work-ups, and routine / non-routine surgeries.
