Senior Quantity Surveyor

Project Quantity Surveyor Location: Hertfordshire, England Contract Role – Hybrid Work £425 Per Day Outside IR35 We are seeking an Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our client\’s team on a Major Rail framework in their Hertfordshire office on a Contract basis. Our client is an industry leader within the Civil Engineering space and have worked on a large scale projects across the UK. Responsibilities: Supporting the Commercial Manager in managing all contractual and commercial needs across a number of concurrent schemes at different stages. Managing and identifying opportunities and risks within the contract. Meeting and collaborating with suppliers, subcontractors, and the project team for smooth project delivery. Supporting Junior Staff, helping them develop. Requirements: Experience working as either an intermediate Quantity Surveyor or Project Quantity Surveyor. Holds relevant HND in subjects including building/ construction, urban, civil and land studies. Experience in Civils/ Rail is adventurous. Confident communicator and problem solver, able to work with diverse teams and contractors. Package – All in and flexible depending on Experience
