As Global Marketing Manager for Pet Nutritional Care, you will lead the end-to-end marketing strategy for our Zesty Paws and Solid Gold brands across North America, United Kingdom, European Union, Middle East, Southeast Asia, Australia and China. You will ensure seamless visual‐identity transitions and uphold brand integrity while driving new product launches, commercial roll-outs, and strategic innovation initiatives. Your data‐informed insights will empower regional teams, create global‐to‐local synergies, and maintain consistent, compelling brand experiences worldwide.
Visual Identity & Brand Integrity
Champion global visual‐identity transitions for Zesty Paws and Solid Gold, ensuring all creative assets adhere to updated guidelines and maintain brand equity.
Oversee the development, approval, and roll-out of Brand visual assets, packaging, and retail‐display specifications.
Conduct regular audits of regional materials to safeguard consistency and quality.
Partner with regional marketing leads to plan and execute brand launches and re-launches, including go-to-market playbooks, campaign frameworks, and retailer/partner toolkits.
Data & Insights Leadership
Aggregate and analyze global + regional data trends (sales, e-commerce metrics, consumer sentiment, competitive activity) to inform marketing decisions and identify growth opportunities.
Brand Continuity & Governance
Maintain comprehensive brand guidelines, ensuring all regions adhere to approved messaging, tone, and visual standards.
Set up and chair the quarterly Global Brand Council, bringing together regional representatives to align on strategy, share success stories, and troubleshoot challenges.
Schedule and lead bi-monthly global marketing touchbases with regional teams to review upcoming campaigns, approve creative assets, and align on KPIs.
Act as the central escalation point for any brand‐related issues or deviations.
Proven Leadership: 10+ years in B2C/FMCG marketing, with at least 5 years overseeing global or multi-region brand portfolios.
Pet Nutrition Marketing: 5+ years of marketing in Pet Nutritional Care, required
Brand & Visual Expertise: Demonstrated track record managing visual identity transitions and implementing brand governance frameworks.
Commercial Acumen: Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytics skills, comfortable with market‐research tools and interpreting cross-region sales data to support strategic decisions.
