This is a hybrid role where some travel will be required.

About the role: As a Business Development Executive, you will be driving sustainable growth through strategic funding, contracting, and partnerships. You'll collaborate closely with the CEO to maintain high-level relationships and ensure the teams have the resources they need to succeed. In this role, your working hours will be 09.00-17.00.
Key duties include:
- Securing Funding & Contracts: Identify and apply for funding opportunities, manage tenders and contracts—particularly in Alternative Provision and Integrated Care.
- Operationalising Strategic Relationships: Turn partnerships into deliverable plans, aligning internal resources to meet funding and contract requirements.
- External Engagement & Strategic Development: Support the CEO with stakeholder meetings, track sector trends, and lead new income-generating initiatives aligned with organisational strategy.
About you: You should have at least 3 years of experience in business development, funding acquisition, or a related field. Experience in sales and developing and implementing strategic plans is essential. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills are important, as well as strong negotiation skills. You should be self-driven with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for driving results and making a social impact is required for this role.
