Their forward-thinking approach has ensured continued success and growth, and they are now looking for an Asset Manager who can take their stock to the next level. Work closely with stakeholders, including tenants, investors, and local authorities, to ensure the portfolio’s assets are performing to their full potential. Lead on rent reviews, lease renewals, and other negotiations to optimize income streams and mitigate risks. Monitor market trends, identifying and adapting to changes in the retail landscape to maintain competitiveness and drive future success.
