Senior Building Services Engineer Electrical

Job Title: Senior Electrical Engineer Location: Manchester
Salary: up to 55k + Car allowance

Key Responsibilities:
Lead design, specification, and implementation of electrical systems (lighting, power, containment, infrastructure).
Perform detailed calculations and simulations for compliance and efficiency.
Develop and review technical drawings and specifications using AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, Bluebeam.
Conduct site inspections and assessments to recommend improvements.
Ensure compliance with codes and standards (CIBSE, ASHRAE, HTMs, Building Regulations).
Mentor junior engineers and project teams.
Prepare technical reports, feasibility studies, and project documentation.
Collaborate with architects and structural engineers to integrate systems into designs.
Requirements:
Bachelor\’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Extensive UK experience in electrical building services engineering.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, Amtech, Dialux, Relux.
Knowledge of relevant codes and standards.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
