Premier Engineering is working with an established engineering company based in South Yorkshire who are looking to bring on a Mechanical Design Engineer to join their design team.
The Mechanical Design Engineer will ideally have the following attributes:
- A degree or qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (BEng, MEng, HND, HNC etc.)
- 2+ years of industry experience in a mechanical design role
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes such as machining, sheet metal fabrication, and assembly
- Strong technical drawing and 3D modelling skills
The Mechanical Design Engineer role will involve:
- Creating 3D models and detailed technical drawings using Fusion 360
