About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Growth Data Analyst to take a central role in driving our growth strategy. You'll be a key member of the growth team, owning our growth model and delivering insights that guide strategic decisions across the business. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape how we scale a two-sided marketplace—leveraging data to fuel sustainable, healthy growth.
What You'll Do
- Own and evolve our growth model, helping us uncover key growth drivers
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver data-driven strategies and solutions
- Apply advanced analytics and experimental design to optimise performance
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
- Navigate and interpret marketplace dynamics to guide long-term planning

- Proven experience leading independent and cross-functional analytics projects
- Expertise in experimental design and impact evaluation
- Proficiency in SQL (Python experience is a strong plus)
