Conveyancing Paralegal / Conveyancing Assistant – Newton-le-Willows My client, a highly reputable, multi-service law firm is currently looking for a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join their high performing property department in Newton-le-Willows. The Role Deal with and respond to client enquiries Assist the fee earners with all aspects of their caseloads from inception to completion Service existing clients to an exceptional standard Deal with any admin and ad hoc duties Open and close files for the solicitor The Candidate Possess a minimum of 12 months experience in a Conveyancing role Have experience dealing with clients either face to face or over the phone Experience in dealing with Sale and Purchase transactions Have excellent attention to detail Have the ability to build strong client relationships Possess excellent interpersonal skills Remuneration & benefits My client offers a highly competitive salary, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, a genuine opportunity to progress within the firm and the option to deal with low volume high quality work.
