We are seeking a CRM and Loyalty Manager to spearhead the creation and execution of our client’s loyalty program. In this position, you will play a key role in boosting customer loyalty, improving retention rates, and fostering repeat business. You will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and IT departments to deliver an exceptional loyalty program tailored for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the launch of a new CRM system and loyalty program.
- Analyse customer data and market trends to design and refine loyalty initiatives.
- Partner with marketing, sales, IT, and external vendors to deliver and promote an engaging program.
- Track performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximise program effectiveness.
- Manage customer data for personalised engagement and respond to loyalty-related inquiries.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and deliver regular performance reports to the Marketing Director.
- Support sales campaigns, lead generation, and identify growth opportunities.
- Stay informed on industry trends to strengthen loyalty offerings.
- Assist in meeting KPIs, improving ROI, and completing tasks assigned by the Marketing Director.
- Oversee the loyalty program budget, ensuring alignment with strategic KPIs.
- Measure and report ROI, influencing teams to prioritise loyalty initiatives.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and contribute to department financial targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve shared goals using data-driven insights.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated success in a CRM & Loyalty Manager role or similar position.
- Proven track record in designing and managing effective customer loyalty programs.
- Strong grasp of customer segmentation and targeting methodologies.
- Skilled in data analysis, performance tracking, and reporting.
- Proficient in using CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
- Experience in the Fuel industry is advantageous.
