Salary: Up to £40,000
Working Pattern: 4 day working work, Mon to Thurs, (2 days in the office)

This role is for someone who loves variety, thrives in a collaborative environment, and understands the power of marketing to drive growth and reputation. You’ll be hands-on, creative, and strategic, playing a key role in how we position ourselves and engage with the world.
The Role:
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, digital, social, and offline) that engage, inform, and convert.
- Use HubSpot to create workflows, segment audiences, and support lead nurturing strategies that move people through the funnel.
- Coordinate and manage events and trade shows, overseeing logistics, campaign support, and lead follow-up.
- Ensure campaigns consistently reflect our brand and values across all platforms and sectors.
- Work with sales, design, and content to align marketing activity with commercial goals and customer needs.
- Use insights from HubSpot and GA4 to measure performance and continuously improve.
What You'll Need To Have:
- Previous experience in a B2B marketing role.
- Experience planning and delivering marketing campaigns (across email, digital, paid channels)
- Hands-on familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot).
- A strong sense of brand, messaging, and visual consistency.
- Attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Clear communication and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- A good understanding of how marketing contributes to commercial success.
