In short, they make it easier for companies to grow across borders, move their talent internationally, and stay fully compliant while doing it. Backed by strong funding and a highly experienced leadership team, they’re now looking for a Senior Account Executive to help them accelerate even further.

The Opportunity:

As Senior Account Executive, you’ll be a key player — not just chasing leads, but truly owning the client relationship from first conversation to signed contract (and beyond).

You\’ll be selling a genuinely high-impact platform to global businesses, working directly with senior HR and C-suite decision-makers. This isn’t a “plug and play” sales role!

Your Mission?

You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, contribute to go-to-market strategy, and have the autonomy to run your desk like it’s your own business.

In the Role, You’ll:

Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing, and everything in between.
Sell strategically to HR, Talent, Mobility, and Leadership teams.
Represent the brand confidently at conferences, events, and client meetings.
Stay sharp on trends in global mobility, immigration compliance, and international workforce management.
Work hand-in-hand with marketing on campaigns, messaging, and targeted outreach.
Keep a strong, organised sales pipeline using HubSpot CRM.
Always be looking for ways to open new doors and create new opportunities.
Operate with full accountability — hitting (and exceeding) revenue targets while driving value for every client.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

Strong background in corporate business services (essential)
Has 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within SaaS, HR tech, professional services, or global mobility.
Is confident selling into HR and senior leadership – and knows how to build trust and urgency.
Loves being in the room — whether that’s a networking event, an industry panel, or a client pitch.
Knows how to close complex, high-value deals and enjoys the buzz of winning new business.
Thrives in a fast-paced, ambitious environment and isn’t fazed by rapid growth.
Is a self-starter with strong commercial instincts, resilience, and a solutions-first mindset.
Is passionate about building something bigger than themselves.
