We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join a growing sales team. You will be responsible for selling an innovative compliance monitoring and supervision software to regulated financial firms, focusing on SMB businesses with 20-100 employees. This role requires a blend of technical understanding, relationship-building skills, and a passion for helping clients solve complex regulatory challenges.

Experienced Required:

  • ~3-5 years B2B AE experience in SaaS
  • ~Experience with compliance or regulatory products is highly advantageous.
  • ~Understanding of the financial regulatory landscape and the challenges faced by compliance officers would be a significant asset.
  • ~Self-motivated, well-spoken, detail-oriented, with the ability to build trust quickly with clients.
  • ~Track record of achieving/over-exceeding quota.
