Parkinson Gray Associates is the leading recruitment agency in the Yorkshire building services market. We have been approached by our client, a renowned building services contractor in the retail sector, to assist them in recruiting an experienced MEP Project Manager.
As an M&E Project Manager, you will be responsible for the profit and loss associated with delivering large-scale building services projects on behalf of our client. You will oversee these schemes from inception to completion, managing multiple projects concurrently. This role will be office-based but will necessitate frequent visits to national sites. In this modern era, our client is also open to hybrid working arrangements. Project delivery on time and within budget is the key focus, rather than strict in-office requirements. Projects will be retail-focused and large-scale, with each project valued at over £1 million.
For this role, we are seeking a seasoned building services professional with a proven track record of successful project delivery and a strong reputation in the industry. While it is understood that the successful candidate will have a strong bias towards either the electrical or mechanical discipline, this role necessitates a good understanding of the opposite discipline. Project Managers from your opposite discipline and a design/commercial back office function, which you would expect at this level, will provide support.
