My client based in Birmingham is looking for some new Senior Consultant/Manager level professionals with Consulting experience who have worked in the Operations Excellence or Performance Improvement space. You can come from any industry, but Manufacturing, Auto, Supply Chain, Food & Beverage or FMCG would be very useful. Current or ex Consulting experience is also a must.

Experience Needed

• Must come from or previously a Consulting background.
• Operational Excellence, Process Improvement, Business Transformation and Orgnaisational Efficiency are terms you should be comfortable with
• Experience in Managing cross functional teams in operational excellence or Performance Improvement projects with clients.
• Have excellent stakeholder management and soft skill capabilities.
• My client is looking for someone to take ownership of this role and be willing to learn and improve quickly.
• Remote/Hybrid role. You can be based anywhere but must be able to get to Birmingham for preferably 1 day a week.
• You must be able to travel to client site when required. And will therefore be required to drive.
• £48,000 – £60,000 per year (More for Manager grade)
• +£4,800 car allowance as standard
• 10% performance based bonus year on year
• 4x salary life insurance
• Fully expensed travel to client sites when required
