Quality Personnel is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established and respected company in Milton Keynes. We are currently looking for Production Operatives to join a dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing team, working for a renowned global brand.
Available Roles:
- Wood Mill
- Finishing
- Electronics
These roles are based in a busy factory environment where precision, reliability, and high standards are key.
What We’re Looking For:
- A minimum of 1 year’s experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Proven ability to build products to a high standard under tight deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
- Hands-on experience, including confident use of hand tools
For electronics roles, relevant experience in electronics assembly or production is essential.
Hours & Pay:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:00 am – 4:45 pm
- Friday: 8:00 am – 1:00 pm
- Total Hours: 36 per week
- Pay Rate: £12.25 per hour
- 1-hour lunch break included
