This is a hybrid role with LOTS of flexibility in terms of hours and days worked (up to 4 from home), once you pass your probation. School hours may also be considered for experienced Consultants. As the experienced IT Recruitment Consultant, you will be expected to:- * Offer a good quality service to clients by selecting applicants through good job matching and tight control * Sell recruitment business solutions over the telephone and face to face * Build client relationships and account manage clients. * Achieve targets and adhere to agreed action plans. * Recruit and sustain a workforce by interviewing and selecting quality applicants.
