Our Brighton-based client is currently seeking ambitious customer sales assistants to join their busy office due to increased client demand. Following a strong start to the year, they are looking to continue their expansion and have new roles available within their dynamic team in the sales and customer service sector.

If you’re a motivated individual with strong communication skills, full-time availability, and a desire to grow in a dynamic sales and customer service environment, our client invites you to apply.

  • Possess a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Have strong English speaking and writing skills, which are essential for clear and effective communication with customers and our client due to the nature of the role.
  • Have full-time equivalent availability.

They provide coaching for all applicants and offer mentorship in all aspects of client and customer interaction, so a lack of prior experience will not be a disadvantage. Comprehensive product training and sales coaching will be provided.

Our client offers a flexible schedule, along with financial bonuses and incentives to supplement earnings and reward hard work and the achievement of targets.

Even though no experience is needed for these roles, people with the following experience tend to flourish in this self-employed role: Sales Representative, Bar Staff and Managers, Retail Assistants, Retail Managers, Salon workers, Promotional Staff, Waiting Staff, Front of House, Hospitality, Administrators; however, all must possess high levels of Customer Service and excellent work ethic.

This role is not suitable for candidates still in education (school/College/University), due to availability; our client is seeking candidates that can work 5 full days per week.
