CRM Executive - iGaming/ Online Casino

We\’re on the lookout for a self-motivated CRM Executive with a background in iGaming, Sports Betting, or Online Casinos to shape and execute captivating customer journeys, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.

This role offers hybrid working – 2 days in the office, and 3 days working from home.

This is a Danish speaking role, so requires fluency in Danish.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain and enhance the Promotional Calendar for the French sport betting operation ensuring timely and impactful campaign execution.
Overseeing the end-to-end execution of CRM campaigns, using the marketing automation
including segmenting the customers and setting up on-site and off-site promotions.
Monitoring and analysing key CRM metrics, including deliverability, open and click rates, and
performance.
Conducting thorough market and competitor research to tailor retention plans to the local

Proficiency in HTML/CSS is advantageous.
