My Client are an established RC Frame and Concrete sub-contractor that require a Freelance Site Engineer to support their growing workload on a major high-rise apartment project in Leeds. This is a great project for a Site Engineer with previous experience doing concrete works for a subbie.
SCOPE:
- Walls, Columns, Stairs, Landings, Floor Slabs
DUTIES:
- Setting out for walls, columns, stair cores, and slabs
- QA checks and record keeping
- Collaborating with site managers and Main Contractor personnel
- Ensuring all works comply with drawings and specifications
- Assisting with site measurements and as-built surveys
THE CANDIDATE
- Recent and consistent experience with RC Frames
- Proficiency with Robotic Total Station and AutoCAD
- Valid CSCS card
- Experience in delivering concrete works for a sub-contractor
