Job Title: Temporary Accounts Assistant Start Date: 2nd December (Latest) Pay: £13 – £17 Location: East Sussex Working Hours: Flexible; Full-time or Part-time (covering 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 3-5 days per week) Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Temporary Accounts Assistant to join their team. This position is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills and a background in accounting or finance, who is looking for a flexible working arrangement. You will play a key role in supporting our accounts team during a busy period, ensuring smooth financial operations. Key Responsibilities Posting Customer Receipts: Accurately record and process receipts in NetSuite. Invoice Processing: Manage and ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices. Parent Queries: Monitor the mail inbox and respond to queries relating to finace efficiently and professionally. Debt Chasing: Follow up on outstanding payments to ensure accounts are up to date. Assisting the Accounts manager with additional duties where required.Requirements Experience with NetSuite (preferred but not essential). Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
