We are currently seeking an experienced Admissions Officer to join our team on a temporary basis from January until the end of the academic year. Key Responsibilities: Manage the admissions process for prospective students, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for families. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all admissions-related activities. Liaise with parents, students, and staff to provide information and support throughout the admissions process. Coordinate and participate in open days, school tours, and other admissions-related events. Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations. Requirements: Enhanced DBS check (essential) Proven experience in a similar admissions role within an educational setting (essential) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office and admissions software
