  • 1 x Account Manager - responsible for independents
  • 1 x Key Account Manager - responsible for Key Accounts

They are looking for individuals who can manage existing retail partnerships brilliantly while also seeking out new opportunities to expand their reach. They are already in some major retailers and are having some great success.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing existing retail accounts to maximise sales and sell-through
  • Pitching & onboarding new wholesale partners that align with the brand
  • Presenting seasonal collections and building strong order books
  • Driving in-season reorder business and ensuring smooth deliveries
  • Negotiating contracts & commercial agreements
  • Monitoring sell-through & working on retail activations to boost sales
  • Liaising with Marketing to develop digital & in-store branding strategies
  • Providing staff training & store visits to enhance brand knowledge

  • Sales/Wholesale experience in apparel/lifestyle or sporting goods
  • Someone with relationships with retailers but also someone who can expand into independent retailers too
  • A proven track record in wholesale account management
  • Strong negotiation & networking skills
  • Proactive & results-driven approach
  • Confident presenter & communicator
  • Ability to work remotely & independently, while being a great team player

Remote role (probably ideally based South/South East England) with travel to retailers. Wholesale & retail experience required. Independent worker, but loves being part of a team.
