A leading, award-winning company is seeking an experienced and motivated Finance Manager to join their growing team. The company has evolved from a delivery-focused operation into a multi-service business across 4 services.

The Finance Manager will lead a small, high-performing finance team and take ownership of day-to-day financial operations, including payroll, ledgers, management accounts, and cash flow. This pivotal role is responsible for driving process improvements and providing key financial insights to support business growth and operational excellence.

Prepare monthly management accounts with detailed analysis
Manage and mentor a small finance team (payroll, sales & purchase ledger)
Oversee balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, and journals
Streamline and automate finance processes for efficiency and accuracy
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, software, leasing) to provide financial guidance
Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements
Support external audit and statutory reporting processes
Handle internal stakeholder queries relating to finance
Oversee monthly employed payroll and subcontractor payments

Proven experience in management accounting or a similar finance role
Experience leading or mentoring a finance team
Strong Excel and finance systems skills (Sage, NetSuite, SAP, or similar)
Involvement in system implementation or change programmes

Location: Glasgow (Hybrid – 3 days onsite 2 days WFH)
