One of the largest medical technology companies in the world has an exciting vacancy for a Danish speaker to join their customer support team in Watford Business Park. The successful applicant will be responding to inquiries from customers concerning medical devices and services in a helpful, professional, and empathetic manner. The client provides all necessary equipment, onboarding, and training to support remote work, with a hybrid model in place after training (2 days from the office and the rest from home). Working hours are Monday to Friday / 7:00 am – 3:30 pm. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering exceptional customer service and product support via telephone and email across the Danish-speaking market. Demonstrating empathy, patience, and resilience while assisting customers safely. Ensuring all inquiries via telephone and email are responded to in a timely manner (inbound calls). Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the system and products to provide guidance and advice on the products and services.About you: To succeed in this role, you should have a customer-focused approach and be fluent in both Danish and English, written and spoken.
