Our client, a leading global creative agency, is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join their in-house talent acquisition team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recruitment professional to manage the full recruitment lifecycle across the EMEA region, supporting the agency’s dynamic and fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will own and lead recruitment efforts from entry-level to senior positions across multiple disciplines. They will be responsible for every stage of the recruitment process – from preparation and sourcing to screening, selecting, scheduling, hiring, and onboarding – ensuring a seamless and high-quality candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across EMEA, ensuring timely and efficient hiring processes.
- Review, action, and manage all incoming applications using the agency’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Proactively develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline across the EMEA region to support current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with global recruitment and marketing teams to align talent acquisition strategies and employer branding efforts.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders across departments to understand hiring needs and deliver top talent.
- Proven experience managing full lifecycle recruitment across multiple levels and markets, ideally within a creative, marketing, or media agency environment.
- Strong knowledge of the EMEA talent landscape and local hiring practices.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a global team environment.
- Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools effectively.
