Salary: £23,000 - £28,000 p/a + £4k shift allowance (approx.)

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st line support to customers on a range of IT issues
  • Adhere to specifics SLA's in response to issues
  • Provide customers with regular updates on open issues and set appropriate expectations
  • Proactively manage and monitor ticket queues
  • Troubleshooting product issues or network-related problems
  • Analysing and recommending solutions to problems
  • Perform on call support for 24/7 customers as part of an out of hours rota

Required Experience:

  • Microsoft Operating Systems
  • 2+ years' experience in IT Support (1st/2nd line level)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good telephone manner, good analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to learn quickly and cross apply knowledge
  • Excellent customer service skills, taking pride in resolving issues for people
