Job Description As our Sales Manager for UK&I you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, fostering customer relationships, and ensuring the success of business across the region. You’ll be developing and leading the delivery of the annual UK&I sales volume, turnover & margin budget, within budgeted sales costs, and seek to hit annual stretch targets, optimised account allocation and appropriate pricing strategies and tactics. As part of this role, you will utilise your b2b sales expertise to deliver solutions to customers in the markets that we serve, aligning with Scott Bader’s commitment to innovation. We aren’t just looking for quick, short sales, but aim to develop close working relationships with customers and sales executives, embodying our value of collaboration and partnership. By doing this you will be ensuring that all sales strategies and customer interactions uphold Scott Bader’s reputation for excellence and quality in the market.
