WeareseekingadedicatedandprofessionalTowingDrivertojoinourclient.Inthisrole,youwillberesponsibleforthesafeandefficientdeliveryandcollectionofequipmenttoandfromcustomersites.Yourcommitmenttosafety,attentiontodetail,andexcellentcustomerservicewillbeessentialinensuringsmoothoperationsandcustomersatisfaction.

KeyResponsibilities

• Delivery&Collection:Safelyload,transport,deliver,andcollecthireequipmenttoandfromcustomersites.
• CustomerHandover:Conductthoroughhandoverprocesseswithcustomers,ensuringequipmentisoperationalandinstructionsareprovidedasneeded.
• Inspection&Documentation:Inspectequipmentfordamagesorshortagesduringcollections.Recordfindingsaccuratelyusingthecompanytablet,includingtakingphotosandobtainingcustomersignatureswheneverpossible.
• VehicleMaintenance:Performdailyvehiclechecksandreportanydefectspromptly.Ensurevehiclesareservicedatthecorrectmanufacturerintervals.
• Compliance:Adheretoallrelevantlegislation,includingproperuseandtimelydownloadingofdigitaltachographs.Followcompanyhealthandsafetypoliciesandproceduresduringalloperations.
• TeamCollaboration:Workcloselywithdepotstaffandhiredeskadministratorstoensuresmoothoperations.AssistwithadditionaltasksasrequestedbytheDepotManag

Requirements:

• Minimumof2yearsdrivingexperiencewithavalidUKdrivinglicence.
• Proventowingexperience.
• Adigitaltachographcard.
• Strongattentiontodetailwithafocusonaccuratereportinganddocumentation.
• Excellentcommunicationskills,withtheabilitytointeractpolitelyandprofessionallywith
• Knowledgeofhealthandsafetyregulationsrelatedtotransportandequipmentdelivery
