This role ensures the support and development of our students’ pastoral and academic progress. In close collaboration with the Achievement Coordinator, the successful candidate will be instrumental in monitoring and enhancing pastoral strategies as well as managing the day-to-day leadership of a designated year group. The role encompasses a range of responsibilities, including: Offering guidance and support to students Monitoring and analysing attendance data, attainment, behaviour, and punctuality Acting as a primary contact for parents Liaising with various school departments, external agencies, and parents to ensure a cohesive approach to student welfare Planning and executing year group events This position is a term-time only appointment plus two weeks to ensure the requirements for school events such as parent evenings and trips are fulfilled.
