Job Description Commercial Property Solicitor Edinburgh / Glasgow 1+PQE An exciting opportunity has arisen to work in this firm’s leading Commercial Property team. You can be based in either the Edinburgh or Glasgow office with hybrid working on offer. The team carries out high quality real estate work including renewable energy technologies. The client mix is broad, spanning a wide range of national and international clients. The day-to-day aspects of the role will involve: Drafting and negotiating, amongst others, offers for sale and purchase, leases and all leasehold management documentation, property warranties for corporate support and option agreements and leases across a breadth of renewable technologies. Undertaking due diligence to include reviewing title, enquiries, and searches, as well as the preparation of investment grade title reports and Certificates of Title. Providing commercial property support on corporate acquisitions and disposals. Leading on transactions from initial instructions to completion and promptly dealing with all post-completion aspects. Client facing activity, maintaining and improving relations with existing clients. Managing and developing junior team members. Contributing to training and style development.
