Job Description Our Client Our client, a leading elite US law firm, is experiencing an influx of high-profile and complex structured finance work and is seeking multiple Structured Finance Associates to help build out their growing London practice. Renowned for their expertise and innovative approach, this firm offers a fast-paced, high-calibre environment within a smaller, close-knit team, providing exceptional exposure and career development opportunities. The Role As a Structured Finance Associate, you will be involved in advising on sophisticated and high-value transactions across a broad range of structured finance areas. This includes CLOs, ABS, RMBS, CMBS, insurance-linked products, capital relief transactions, warehouse financing, repackaging transactions, and structured funds.
