As we approach one of our busiest periods we're keen to hire extra support across our Property Administration teams on a fixed term basis. Whether you're only able to commit for 3 months or looking for that first step to gain experience in the financial services, we've got some great opportunities!
The purpose of the role is to provide support for our customers across our award winning product range. Working in our Exchange Quay, Manchester office, day to day responsibilities include:
- Processing customer requests
- Handling financial transactions
- Producing letters and emails
- Working efficiently with our internal systems and maintaining accurate records on our databases
- Resolving customer queries via phone and email
Knowledge & Experience:
- You will have a minimum of 5 GCSEs grades 9-4 (A*-C) or equivalent, including Maths and English.
- Experience in a customer-focused environment.
- A strong commitment and ability to deliver excellent customer service.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient numerical skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Competent IT skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure, at times unsupervised.
