Today, Royal London has over £114 billion of funds under management, and around 3,500 employees working in six offices across the UK and Ireland. We’ve worked hard to become experts in our specialist markets, building a trusted brand - and our teams have plenty of awards to show for it. Whatever team you’re interested in joining and whatever role you play, we’ll help you to make a difference.

  • Supports the development and adoption of company wide modelling approach and techniques.
  • Takes responsibility for investigative work to determine business opportunities, and specify effective business processes.
  • Specifies their implementation through improvements in information systems, data management, practices, organisation and equipment.
  • Applies and monitors the use of required modelling and analysis tools, methods and standards in an intelligent and effective way.
  • Utilises business experience and skills to assess and advise on the practicability of alternatives, marrying up technical limitations with operational realities.
  • Maintains a thorough awareness of the methods and tools used in the organisation.
  • Provides basic training in the use of methods and tools. Deals with users' problems and queries in practice.
  • Identifies key barriers to change, and appropriate solutions, including HR and legal implications.
  • Facilitates scoping and business priority setting for large or complex changes, engaging senior stakeholders as required.
  • Selects the most appropriate means of representing business requirements.
  • Provides guidance and direction to less experienced colleagues.
