Contract Manager Trevett Services have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Contract Manager tojoin a nationalFM & building services provider in Oxford. You will play a vital part in building a positive relationship with the client and being accountable forthe financial performance of the contracts. This is a full time permanent role,payingup too £75,000 per annum in addition to a company car and acomprehensive benefits package. Key Responsibilities of the Contract Manager: To ensure personnel manage the contract to the Service Level Agreements (SLAs). To ensure that all risks relating to safety, health, environment and quality are effectively managed. To ensure compliance with all statutory and company procedures across the stakeholder groups. To ensure all PPM and reactive tasks are carried out in accordance with the maintenance specification and documented in real time using the CAFM system. To be on call as part of the management team. To maintain commercial understanding of the client contractual deliverables across all services. To work with operational management to develop performance measurement and improvement objectives. To drive successful contract negotiations and business improvement initiatives To drive profit improvement through both sales generation and cost saving initiatives in a collaborative manner with the operations teams Essential experience the Contract Manager would need: Must have a full clean drivers licence Must have a recognised hard services industry qualification Must have experience managing TFM within Pharmaceutical or process-controlled environments Experience of using a CAFM system to manage engineering team Able to build on client relationship Must be available to participate in an out of hours on call rota.
