Sue Ross Legal are working with a traditional High Street practice, who offer a full, efficient, and experienced legal service to local and sub regional clients, both private clients and small to medium-sized businesses. We are working together in the recruitment of an Experienced Civil Litigation Assistant ready to join an existing and varied caseload that includes both family and general litigation. The work would involve: * Conducting Civil Litigation work and supporting our Civil Litigation Partner. * Speaking with and managing Clients needs professionally. * The safe progression of a wide variety of civil court claims. * A willingness to work in collaboration with others will also be important. The relevant candidates must have: * Up to date knowledge of legal principles and * (Must Have) Experience of court processes with a law degree being advantageous. * To be able to produce work themselves without support/an ability to work independently. * Excellent organisational planning and communication skills/displayed intelligence. * An ability to manage and control a wide variety of Civil Litigation related and other administrative tasks at a high level. * Excellent Telephone and IT Skills Unfortunately due to the number of applications we receive, we are unable to provide individual feedback to all applicants.
