As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you\’ll be:
Making outbound sales calls to clients — new and existing — to promote Optimus Search as a trusted recruitment partner
Attending client meetings and negotiating commercial terms
Creating job adverts and engaging social content to attract top talent
Building lasting relationships with both clients and candidates
