This is a high-impact leadership role , overseeing a diverse national portfolio of 150+ assets, primarily comprising multi-let offices (with a Central London focus). The position forms part of a wider platform managing over £2 billion in global assets , offering real influence at a senior level within an agile, entrepreneurial business .

This role offers the opportunity to act as second in command to the Head of Property Management with the plan of the successful candidate stepping into this role.

Active across multiple sectors : commercial, mixed-use, retail, residential, healthcare, and leisure
Over 150+ UK assets under management, acquired and financed directly
Minimum 5 years’ experience in surveying
Strong commercial acumen with a hands-on, strategic approach
