Data and analysis officer

The Outsourcing & Resilience Officer will manage the onboarding & offboarding of Vendors/Suppliers and maintain relationships with them.
Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding processes for vendors and suppliers, ensuring smooth transitions and adherence to policies.
Conduct thorough due diligence and risk assessments for all vendors and suppliers to ensure compliance with enterprise-wide standards.
Implement and monitor ongoing vendor risk management practices to mitigate potential risks associated with outsourcing.
Support in drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts with vendors and suppliers, ensuring favourable terms and compliance with regulatory standards.
Conduct due diligence and risk assessments.
Monitor vendor risk and ensure compliance.
Track contract renewals and expirations.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Measure and report vendor performance.
Analyse data to optimise relationships.
Ensure regulatory compliance and cost efficiency.
Support in developing, implementing, and maintaining a corporate-wide Business Continuity Plan (BCP) program, including policies, procedures, and framework documents.
Conduct Business Impact Analyses (BIAs) and risk assessments to determine potential threats and their impact on operations.
Support the testing and validation of BCP and Disaster Recovery (DR) plans through regular simulations and tabletop exercises.
Monitor regulatory requirements and industry best practices to ensure BCP compliance and effectiveness.
Support the line manager in aligning BCP planning, initiatives, and goals with the bank’s strategic objectives and infrastructure capabilities
