Our client builds powerful online infrastructure for researchers to create and deploy behavioural experiments, from measuring reaction times to simulating real-world decision-making tasks through games and ecommerce-style experiences.

As a Full Stack Developer, you’ll be instrumental in evolving the platform’s capabilities, building new features, enhancing the user experience, and maintaining a clean and efficient codebase. You’ll work closely with the product and engineering teams on a wide range of tasks from backend integration to frontend polish.

Streamlining onboarding and improving overall user experience
Working with the product team on UX and UI enhancements
Testing and validating releases in staging environments

We’re looking for a capable, pragmatic developer with an eye for clean code and great user experience. Someone who enjoys autonomy, thrives in a remote-first environment, and can get things done without overcomplicating the process.

Strong web development experience in a professional setting
Solid programming skills (TypeScript is the primary language used)
Familiarity with web technologies (Node.js, SQL, Azure or similar, AWS or GCP for example)
Comfort working independently in a remote role
A keen interest in science or research is a nice bonus
