About the Role As a Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll take charge of daily operations, ensuring the smooth flow of goods in and out of the warehouse. This is a physically demanding, hands-on role that requires strong leadership and a commitment to maintaining high standards. You’ll work closely with the team, lead by example, and keep the warehouse running like clockwork. Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and support the warehouse team to achieve daily operational goals. Oversee the preparation, dispatch, and receipt of stock, ensuring accuracy and quality control. Operate a Counterbalance forklift as needed for loading, unloading, and stock management. Ensure inventory is accurately tracked and stock levels are maintained. Monitor and maintain health and safety standards, ensuring a safe working environment.
