If the climate & environment issues matter to you then we are currently working with a client that is a driver with Government exposure and who is seeking a highly organised Executive Assistant to provide full support to their CEO and an additional Head. Whilst advancing your EA skills within a C-Suite level you would be given the opportunity to exposure within climate change policies and all that they facilitate.
EA to CEO & Director of Analysis
Location: Canary Wharf, London
Salary: £37,784 per annum. Full Time. Hybrid
Contract: Permanent

As the EA to the CEO and Director of Analysis you will play a pivotal role in managing their daily activities. Working to tight deadlines and under pressure your role will provide exposure across a broad range of areas that the advisory specialises in globally. Project Support and Relationship Management support will provide the opportunity to expand on the traditional PA tasks.

EA Responsibilities:
Executive Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support to four busy partners, managing their diaries, scheduling appointments and ensuring their day runs efficiently. Manage the private office inbox as well as the inbox of the CEO.
Communication Management: Act as the first point of contact for both internal and external communications, including managing emails, phone calls and correspondence. Send correspondence to key stakeholders around report launches, events and stakeholder moments.
Meeting Coordination: Organise and prepare for meetings, including arranging logistics, creating agendas and taking minutes.
Document Management: Handle confidential documents and assist in preparing reports, presentations and other materials as needed. Review speaking requests for all staff and manage related correspondence. Arrange attendance, briefings, and logistics for external events. Create briefing materials out of pre-designed work and repackage as appropriate.
Travel Arrangements: Manage travel for senior staff as required for work, including planning visits and international conference attendance.
Task and Deadline Management: Assist partners in managing their tasks, projects and deadlines to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
Client Interaction: Interact with clients in a professional manner, maintaining confidentiality and assisting with basic client inquiries. Build relationships with relevant diary managers in Government departments to ensure smooth and regular correspondence. Proactively manage engagement with Government departments to ensure the advisory is seeing the right people.
Office Support: Provide general office support, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed effectively and efficiently.

Skills & Qualifications:
~ Proven 4 years + experience as an Executive Assistant – a background with exposure to the civil service or UHNWI is preferred but is not a prerequisite
