In this role, we are looking for the very best, someone capable of driving a growth business, who understands the Kidswear retail landscape, where the consumer shops and how to bring the brand’s best work to that consumer.

Responsible for all direct Kidswear wholesale sales with a focus on UK & Ireland
Creating an assortment that matches our growth ambitions with the consumer within physical and digital retailers
Finding the growth potential through our strong sellers, new opportunities and divesting where necessary: demonstrating a knowledge of sell through, trade terms and commercial KPIs
Along with up selling, management of in season sales potential and actively managing inventory, knowing how to market efficiently to our current and potential consumers
Account management with responsibility for growth plans and execution, business terms and performance reviews, the selling process and gross-to-net management. Deliver sustainable profitable growth for the Lyle and Scott wholesale business and ensure that all accounts maximise commercial opportunities
Setting the standards of the Lyle and Scott collection, ensuring that segmentation plans are planned, delivered, and implemented, driving a premium experience across all channels
