Lead all financial operations, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, reconciliation, cash management, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, management accounting and control activities.
Align finances with the company’s subsidiary by coordinating group accounts, managing intracompany payments, invoicing, and transfer pricing.
Produce insightful month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial reports for senior leaders and Board members.
Collaborate with external accountants to ensure the timely and accurate production of year-end statutory accounts and R&D tax credit claims.
Partner with internal teams on project-specific financial operations such as reporting, budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, reconciliation, and cash management. Implement, integrate and maintain finance systems while fostering a culture of continuous automation and process improvement.
Manage and develop the Finance Administrative Associate.
Identify financial risks, ensure compliance with applicable jurisdictions, and implement mitigation strategies.
4-8 years of experience at a senior level within a finance function
~ Accountancy qualification essential (ACCA or CIMA (fully qualified))
~ Good background understanding of a wide range of financial practices, theory, and processes
~ High proficiency with financial modelling for a range of use cases
~ Excellent numerical and data analysis skills
