Key Tasks: Drafting and prosecution of patent applications. Perform prior art investigations and patentability assessments. Provide infringement and validity advice. Provide support to opposition and litigation proceedings. The successful candidate will have: At least 2/3 years post-qualification experience, preferably with a healthcare/life sciences background.
