A leading Property Development and Investment Company, with a track record in providing places for the next generation, Wykeland have a passion for delivering sustainable regeneration projects across the North of England. With 2 million sq.ft, leased to over 200 tenants, the portfolio stretches from Grimsby to Glasgow and is managed through the in-house team. With an active portfolio prime for value-add initiatives, the group would like to hire a Junior Asset Manager to the Head Office in Hull. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assisting with developing and executing strategies to enhance asset value and maximise returns. Work with the Asset Manager on new lettings, lease renewals, rent reviews, and tenant negotiations. Ensure the accuracy of tenancy data from onboarding to lease expiry. Manage third party providers, including agents, solicitors, property managers and building surveyors. This role presents a real opportunity to work as part of an experienced team, enabling the appointed Junior Asset Manager to further develop their career. Full support will be given to candidates currently working towards completion of their APC or have recently qualified.
